How does MATRI work?

Your organisation invite your staff to the MATRI platform, as a company benefit, to provide genuine support, recognition and understanding for their working female staff.

They join an 18 month ‘maternity journey’ which follows this path: 

Pre-Maternity leave: Joining live webinars and learning how to manage their exit professionally, signal their intent and ambition to return, and communicate effectively with everyone they need to before they go.

During Maternity leave: Accessing on-demand content on everything from; using KIT days well, maintaining confidence, managing working mothers guilt, and enlisting proper partner support from the start. Towards their return they can access more live webinars on such topics as: choosing the right childcare options, flexible working, reengaging with work and their industry to maintain confidence, communicating and signalling their intent to return.

Post-Maternity leave: Live webinar support with Q&A to understand what’s working well and what isn't, how to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients, managing their time, managing appropriate and fair boundaries and flexibility with their company, and managing their career effectively moving forwards.

They will be constantly supported throughout their journey, contacted regularly (without being intrusive) to encourage them to stay in touch with their company when and where appropriate, and engaged in the process of being a returning working mother.
